About Us - A Brief History
Delia Property Maintenance Ltd was originally started in 2003. Donna & Daryl started looking after and maintaining people’s property in Cyprus after a request was made
to them from a friend who had bought an apartment whilst here on holiday.
At the end of 2003, they decided they needed to expand and after much thought have moved into new offices
in Kapparis a very up and coming area of Famagusta. Now with a new Head Office & Showroom based in Protaras
we are able to offer an even wider range of services to our clients.
A team of experienced staff compliment our business and ensure that we can complete most tasks from arranging furniture packages
to full building services. Over the years we have established ourselves as a company that will go that extra mile for our clients
and have an enviable reputation for service. To this end we have recently been certified ISO9001 Compliant which is a rare and welcome
achievement.
